"Overall nice clean place to stay!
Two easy things to do better is turn the AC on before customer arrival. We had a very hot day and night and it took a long time to cool the room down. Other is we had trash leftover from the previous guest which was probably just missed by housekeeping."

"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Close to plenty of hiking trails. We stayed one night before starting our hiking and camping weekend but decided to forego our ovenight camping plans and ended up booking another night at the hotel instead! The staff was wonderful, kind, and genuinely pleased to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again."

"I love this place. I have stayed there many times. It’s a very clean property, the rooms are newly renovated, the staff is always very nice and accommodating and I like the wide parking lot for truck and trailer."

"Great little cottages for a quick family overnight. Nothing fancy but good place and easy going. Everything was clean, staff are very friendly, and a good location for white mountain activities."

"The room was clean (but a bit dated), and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. It was perfect to stay w/ my mother and teen-aged son. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and conveniently supplied with the essentials. We would stay there again!"
"Expedia site says free breakfast which is incorrect. Breakfast is not included. The description on the site is incorrect and must be updated. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and will be back."
"Jess was very responsive. There were some water pressure issues but overall a good house. There were many trails in the area that were good and a farm stand down the mountain that was fun walking too."
"Beautiful cabin! Great spot just outside Bethel. Was the perfect size for 2! Had everything you could need for a weekend getaway! Really loved that we could bring our dogs. We will be looking to book again this winter."
Private location with spectacular river and mountain views!
10/10 Excellent
"Once again we had a wonderful stay here. The house is located approximately 3 miles outside of the town of Bethel. Far enough away to be isolated on the river but close to town for all groceries and restaurants. The perfect location. We fished the river, paddle boarded the nearby lakes, and hiked several trails within several minutes from the house. We will definitely be returning."
Cool off in the 1/2 mile frontage on the Sunday River! Spacious Bethel home.
8/10 Good
"Good stay with access to river- lots of items provided: kitchen supplies, sports equipment, floats, beach chairs, and sand toys. House is on a busy road with trucks going by all day and night. Beds were comfortable and Elizabeth was very responsive. Fire pit and deck really nice! Close to hiking, restaurants, and downtown Bethel."
