"We loved this property! It was a quick ride on the bus to the National Mall each day with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The beds were comfortable, space was clean. Really enjoyed having the ability to do laundry, however the machine was a washer/dryer combo so it took forever to do a load of laundry. The dryer took hours to dry clothes. Overall, the building was safe and quiet. We would stay here again."

"We took my nephew to DC and a friend decided to join us. We needed separate bedrooms and baths and this house delivered. Everyone had their own space. We were sightseeing most of the time but did spend one night eating pizza and watching a movie. The shared space is tight but it worked for us. Despite street parking we had no issues getting a place close by. The host provides plenty of necessities and the house had adequate supplies. Metro bus right outside door but it went opposite way to downtown. 5 minute walk to dinning, bars, metro train was awesome. Bed comfy, couch and chair hard so not ideal for TV watching, reading. Wi fi good connection and Netflix..available with your own account. Trouble with getting on as previous person didn’t sign off. Had two remotes and found the white remote worked...

"We have stayed there 3 times and been pleased each time. The location is close to many types of food, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, coffee shops, retail stores, and places to get adult beverages. It is an easy walk to many places in town or a short Uber ride. The neighborhood has townhomes of so many different architectural styles and the flowers in the front gardens were extra beautiful this trip. "This property was ideal for our family of four on a week long DC trip. Close to the metro, had everything we needed, there was plenty of extra toiletries, lots of space and it was clean. It’s in the city and there’s noise at night but nothing that some earplugs can’t fix."
