"We've just returned from a lovely, 2 night stay here. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, opposite the pier and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. Approximately 15 minutes from the train station. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were hearty. Full English then some! Cereal, fruit, pastries, yogurts, ham, cheeses etc. Rooms were cosy and comfortable yet spacious. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. It's an old property...

"The Senarth is superb value. Our stay was most enjoyable and we were made most welcome by the family owners. The B&B was perfect in every way. The breakfast was top quality for service, variety and we found the highest quality products used and the presentation was above what we would expect. It’s ideally situated and has some parking on the front. If you can’t park at the property there is plenty of free parking on the road outside. We would recommend this place and most definitely stay again...

"Hotel was fine but there was no mention anywhere before we booked about the 50 steps from the car park to our top floor room. Think this should have been mentioned for anyone with mobility issues. There is not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms. Both the above being said it is a lovely hotel.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the breakfasts were excellent served by very friendly staff."

"1st time here but it won't be the last. Hosts Gareth and Rana were so welcoming and hospitable from the very start and throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. We would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you both for making our break so special."

"Can see why it's been so warmly reviewed in the past! A very comfortable stay and we were well looked after. The review format asked for echo-friendliness so had to mark down a little for the use of small plastic bottles in the bathroom and the individual packaged portions of butter, jam, sugar and salt at breakfast. It's a difficult balance between freshness and disposable containers. "

Ten minute walk up the road next to the river to the Chip shop, Chinese or Curry house which does very good indian food been 3 times. Walk up past the lights a few more minutes to a decent co,op or a bit futher and over the bridge to a old dog friendly pub with beer garden next to the river, nice few pints there lol oh and plenty free parking near the cottage plus...
