The staff were so helpful in all things we asked of them from housekeeping to concierge to all other general staff. The breakfasts were amazing with such a variety of food and help from staff. We would highly recommend this hotel also for its location in a very busy tourist area with access to transport and local food and shopping and attractions."

"I cannot say enough about this hotel!! My husband and I loved our stay there and would stay again in the future. From the moment we checked in, we received a room upgrade and the staff were all so welcoming!! The room itself was heavenly!! It was a suite with a kitchen, sitting room, separate bathroom and then the bedroom with a balcony. I requested a high floor and did get one because I wanted the view of the river and the city. It was nice to have coffee in the morning on the balcony. The bed was so comfortable with soft pillows! We had no issues falling asleep there! Their breakfast includes so many options. Let’s say you will not go hungry! They also have a boat taxi to take you to two locations. The hotel is also with walking distance to Asiatique Mall. The staff are impeccable with their service. "
