"Fantastic stay. Stayed in an Executive room which included breakfast, Spa and the Executive lounge. Well worth the extra money. All the staff we met were lovely courteous and always helpful. What stood out for us was you were made to feel welcome and comfortable. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle or rowdy areas. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned everyday while we were there and was spotless. We didn’t come to sit in the room and watch television, but it would be nice, after a long day walking around and exploring, to have the option of more English channels or a smart tv to be able to log in to Netflix/prime etc. Free tea and coffee available in the lobby bar was a nice touch, as long as you don’t mind nipping back down stairs."
