"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I checked in and upon arrival I noticed the floors were beyond sticky, and somehow also greasy. Then my towels were wet, and stained. When i brought this up to desk staff they were able to give me one towel; and when I walked away both girls started laughing. The entire hotel smelled like horrible, like marijuana and wet dog. I even witnessed a guest with a dog, who visibly had a rash and fleas, enter the elevator. (only one elevator was working). Second floor ice machine was also not working. The walls and ceiling are so thin I could hear everything going on around me. People were up partying and yelling through all hours of the night. Price of a hotel should depend on amenities not cleanliness. If I had the means to go somewhere else I would have. This place was truly disgusting and I would not recommend to anyone. I had came across two other guests who also asked me if my floors were also sticky, which makes me believe they aren’t probably cleaning rooms in between guests. I was also wary of the sheets and pillows given my towels were clearly used. I provided photos."

"Structurally building is old, which is evident in room (walls, fixtures, bathroom). Common areas are kept well, and staff is good. Parking is adequate and Tesla supercharger is convenient. For the price, room is not to standard in my opinion. Queen beds are more twin sized."

"I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes away. Worse hotel experience ever, many unhappy people staying there had other issues like being forced to cast from their phone to use the TV. What? Stay away."

"Asked for extra pillows told they didn't have the staff to get them . When we finnaly got them there were no covers or cases on them , they cases and cover were sloppily stacked for us to put them on , very unprofessional! The phone in our room did not work . This was mentioned 3-4 times . I finally brought it to the front desk . No replacement was made or offered . Housekeeping was not offered . Second day late afternoon we asked for our bed to be changed , fresh towels , and trash to be removed , while we went to the pool . Attendent said she'd have to get the housekeeping after they'd mowed the lawn to do those things. She then said she'd get us pool towels as there was no towels in the pool area. Guy vaccuuming by door then told attendent that the pool was being cleaned and closed . Told her we would then go to dinner . Wanted our room cleaned still . 5-10 min later two guys knocked said they needed to do our bed etc now as they had to get back to mowing the lawn. My husband and I went into the bathroom as we were trying to change . Towels were given to us by the tv . We brought the trash out . They changed the bed . Some pillows were put back with no cases or covers. The ceiling light had a short and flickered or just did not turn on , hit or miss . Huge crack in the bathroom sink . Stains on the mattress cover . Vending and ice machines completly tore out . Only one floor had those . Breakfast was horrible overcooked cold bad choices . Never got in pool was green."
