"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone I encounter at Spring Hill Suites was was very pleasant. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There were hot and cold options and everything was fresh. I would definitely stay again if I were in Louisville in another occasion. The only issue is that there are a lot of homeless people around. SpringHill always had security to keep any problems away."
