"The house was exactly as described. Clean, perfect for a large group. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the balconies. Pool was just across from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and not crowded. The host was easily reachable and responded most times very quickly. One of the smoke alarms had a battery problem and a beeping sounded every few minutes. I informed the host, but didn’t hear anything back. Overall very enjoyable. It was a little way to the beach. We preferred to drive. But there was available parking. Just a short drive to many restaurants."

"In general, we had a great week at the Yellow House. We got into the property late due to a problem with the cleaners and had several issues reported to the Beach Getaways staff most of which were resolved. Two things were never solved: 1. Underwater pool lights were never functional and the downstairs ceiling fan was never repaired and functional. We were very happy with the amenities in general and certainly would recommend the property to others who are hosting a large family gathering."

"Our group came in for the Blue Angels weekend Matt was an absolute wonderful host that wasVery informative , easily reachable by phone, and easy to work with!! We will be rebooking this home again!!We were able to dock two bigger boats and a smaller boat with ease-Pool was nice to come jump in after long day on the water!! House was laid out enough for everyone to have plenty of room!! House has washer and dryer so we could wash all the beach towels with ease!! Winn Dixie and Aldi all within easy 5-7 min drive"

"I did not do enough research, but from the pictures and description, I thought it was the bay private beach right out the back door of the unit I rented. It just seemed to be portrayed that way. I didn’t research the details enough. It was wonderful and turned out perfect."

"Had a great stay, Clean Condo, very nice a comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and had a blast swimming. There is no Beach view, we could see a little bit of the ocean between to other buildings but that was no big deal to us. Plus we arrived early so they let us check in a couple of hours early "
