"The property and the employees ( Jahneil ) were excellent. My problem is I booked through Expedia. And it took such a long time for my information to be sent to the hotel front desk. The young lady that took care of us is an exception and a service to the facility. The parking was very tight and getting around. The parking lot was very busy, other than that we had a great stay."

"This is our second time staying here. My husband and I love the idea of a “Hotel on the water” literally! The boathouse is a great idea for a hotel. First we love the originality, then the cleanliness and comfort. The boathouses are compact but extremely comfortable. We will continue staying here when we come down to the Keys!"

"Stayed in a well maintained and adorable stilt house. The bed was comfortable and its stocked with dishes, dish soap, bath supplies, and pillows/linens. I will say the pull out couch was sagging on one side—it was fine, my kid just laid sideways, but worth noting. Also, NOT the properties fault at all but Hotels.com did make it seem like we’d be in a houseboat so there was some disappointment there. But this place is really cute and the staff is SO nice and approachable. Key deer are EVERYWHERE and you’re right by the water. Slept 5 of us comfortably. "
