"Key west is a premium location and this hotel matches that expectation. The shuttle was the greatest amenity to us as parking is expensive and can be difficult to find. A couple things we were disappointed about: 1. We were on the second floor and Technically our room did have an ocean view like we wanted; however, because of the trees being so tall we did not have the view we hoped for. 2. I would have liked to have seen breakfast and parking included under the room fee. Overall we really enjoyed this experience and would definitely recommend this location. The staff is very helpful and kind."

"Great Family stay but not a ton of other amenities except the pool. No restaurant on site, so be prepared to purchase food or explore off the property."

"The rooms were beautiful and roomy. The staff was super friendly as well. They do run a shuttle to and from the beach and Duval street. The hotel really is nice. Not much to do in the area but plenty to do at the hotel."

"They don’t clean behind the bed. EVER. The hotel will be sneaky & charge additional fees for the shuttle and pool towels, even if you don’t use them. The pool was dirty. Oh, They said no maid service, but a maid was in our room when I returned. Breakfast was good..all the staff members were nice and friendly. Great pillows!"
