Only thing we weren’t happy with was our check in experience, but that was a system design issue, not the on-site staff’s fault. They should ditch their self check-in kiosks, which weren’t able to work for any guests when we arrived, and just put a proper registration desk back in and staff it full time. Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person.
