"Stayed as a solo traveller for one evening while waiting for my flight. Stayed in a king room and the room was too dark in my opinion, which is in complete contrast to the photos displayed online. I requested for a different room; the staff were helpful and tried to look for another room, but was informed none was available as they had a full house that time. Bed was clean. Mouldy grout in the shower, which sadly, I didn't see til I used the shower the next morning. Hallway was definitely too dark and narrow. Could fit a medium suitcase and a cabin suitcase being wheeled, though still too tight. Walls had a lot of dings. Toiletries provided, though I brought my own. TV in room has ability to cast shows from my phone. WiFi was a bit slow for me. Overall, stay was ok"

"Everything was 5 stars- the service was absolutely the best around. I've stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels, especially around Sydney and this was on par with any of the best around the world. Everything- from the in room dining experience, the food, the cleanliness, the decor, the beds being comfortable, the amenities, even the shampoo- everything was 5 stars. They've got my loyalty for Sydney stays from now on!"

"Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and Lavender Bay. The room could have done with some USB portals (there were phone chargers attached to the room's telephone but didn't work to charge my android.) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a gorgeous view was a great way to start the day."
