In the forest! And the whole FOREST is singing - with the birds, with the vibrant green colours and with the light!

This is June 1, officially summer, and a glorious day, but also so cold that I actually longed for mittens (!) at one point... The temperature here today, on the West Coast of Sweden, has been +10°C - +13°C, and quite some wind to that. Now, that is not at all the usual summer temperature, not even close! And then fast changes in the weather: from sun to rain and back again.. And then hailing! So .....here is were I took shelter, under a tree in this forest, while listening to an extraordinary concert from all the birds. They kept singing even through the hailing.

Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We were in Gothenburg for the Gothia Soccer Tournament and really scored on our choice of location for never having been there. This was right at the doors of the amusement park and had easy access to public transportation. We were perfectly located to travel to the many venues for the games. Great breakfast and lots for kids to do. Would recommend for families and stay there again if we are able to return to the soccer tournament. My only complaint was the lack of access to laundry as it was costly and not convenient which made our room pretty smelly after a week of visiting."
