Really friendly and helpful couple, Lew and Catherine, own a gorgeous manor with incredible views of the blue mountains! They served a fabulous breakfast. Two cozy nights; would gladly stay again! :-)

Let's first talk about Glenn. He is the desk attendant who greets you upon your arrival. Very knowledgeable of the area, where to eat, great customer service attitude, etc. The motel is located in a short walkable distance from the Clarendon train stop. The room was very clean, and spacious. The bed extremely comfortable. I only stayed one night, but after 14 hour flight on a military cargo aircraft. The bed and dwelling definitely gave me the rest and relaxation I required. 5 stars across the...

Loved the whole experience - great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and great games room

We only stayed two days while exploring the Blue Mountains but the Chalet was just as exciting to explore with wall to wall art and charm, even the colorful Rainbow Lorikeet outside entertained us while having breakfast.

Lovely stay upgraded to spa suite .. No extra cost .. Room spacious had balcony too .. Bed sooo comfy ! Service could not be more pleasant !

Friendly greeting at check-I Nice sized clean room

Great place and very convenient for the Park walks. You did need a car in order to go anywhere else. Also had to washer dryer and was very clean.

前客服務非常細心，有耐性而且笑容滿面。由於晚上九點的時候需要門卡才能進入，但是職員見到我沒有大門卡都前來幫我開門。

Easy access to sights and hiking trails.

Clean rooms. Friendly service. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel may not look like much from the outside but rooms are wonderful inside with solid wood everywhere and very well maintained. We especially liked walking short distance into the town to try out various small town dining and entertainment. The couple that owns and rents this take care of everything and care about the place. We...

Place is immaculately maintained. The suite was large, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the stay immensely.
