"It was an excellent location. Easy to get to touristy areas and far enough away to sleep or have a nice walk. Right off the start from reception to check out, the staff were lovely and more than helpful. They gave directions suggestions as to where to go. It was very clean and had a nice eastern vibe. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was so good. You could have omelettes made or have poached egg on salmon Benedict. So much selection, fresh, hot food and cold choices. The pool and spa were a nice treat and there was a lovely little cafe and a quiet space to sit and read a book or play a game (provided). I would absolutely go back again. Thank you so much to the staff for being so helpful and welcoming for my stay."

"The hotel is a 7 minute walk from the Amsterdam central train station. There's several restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful hotel with kind staff. My daughter and I had a lovely stay. We liked the sustainability practiced by the hotel and as a young teen my daughter enjoyed the technology (ipad) controlled room. Hotel is a short metro ride from Amsterdam Centraal with regular trains including late into night. We recommend the hotel and would love to stay at Ruby Emma again"
