The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the property. We were there for a wedding and the fact that they have a laundry room on site was a huge plus. "There was a sign in the kitchen asking that you clean your dishes before leaving, or there will be an additional charge. There were no cleaning supplies in the apartment. I was told at reception I could purchase a cleaning kit for €4 so that I could clean my dishes, in order to avoid being charged for not cleaning my dishes. Any complaints have to be put in writing and sent to their office in Paris by registered post."
