"Mostly lovely, just a few odd areas for improvement - having smoking stations right by the spa doors and hotel side entrance, and outdoor pool isn’t something that brings joy! The outdoor bar closing at 6pm in mid summer is just silly, forcing guests and staff to use the cellar bar seems another strange decision. "The spa and breakfast exceeded the expectations. For the spa would have been nice to receive instructions for use at the beginning (for example, bring the towel from the room and at the end of your spa stay exchange it for a clean one).
