"Huge, very unwelcoming hotel. Queues for everything Room weird, no bathroom door. Air con very noisy. Unusable at night. Queues for breakfast and difficult to find a seat. Food for dinner absolutely awful. Pasta cooked to the point of falling apart to mash. Terrible and inexcusably poor, even for hotel food. Of all the hotels around the NEC, this has been the worst. "
