"House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away. House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art. We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw...

"Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. Everywhere else was resident permit parking only. "
