"Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. Everywhere else was resident permit parking only. "

"Nice house and close to central birmingham only thing that lets it down is the very limited parking in the area your very lucky if you get a space. Bedrooms could do with kitting out a bit better. "

It was also very conveniently located near the Birmingham New Street Station and in close proximity to the Moor Street Station. It had white, fluffy towels and clean white sheets. However, this property needs a lot of TLC including additional cleaning. If you are looking for a central location, this property would fit."
