"The property was good with wonderful views of the sea and airport. Expedia website stated it was an 8 minute walk from the airport. IT IS NOT! It's around 30 with luggage, 20 if just walking fast. It is NOT a hotel but an efficiency within an apartment in an apartment block with a shared kitchen. The wifi was slow if we didn't have our door to the communal area open. "After a travel mishap we were lucky to stumble upon Duomo Guest House on Expedia. It was not only perfectly priced for an unexpected extra night of vacation, but also in a prime location! Michele was a delightful host and even upgraded our room for us. The newly renovated room and bathroom was perfect and our balcony offered quaint views of Barletta. "This is an unstaffed hotel, but communication e.g. to reply to my questions, worked very well. Everything worked as it should. The room was comfortable. The neighbouring cafe available for breakfast was nice - they also looked after my luggage for a few hours for a small charge."
