"Quick check in. Room was clean. We were on bottom floor which is good as I did not see elevator for any upper floors. We could hear walking loudly from guests above us. Breakfast was boiled eggs, cereal, coffee/tea, packaged oatmeal, yogurt, variety of bread bagels and biscuits. Location was good as walking distance to park, restaurants, bowling and shops."

"When I reached the hotel front desk lady said we don’t have two bed room for you. I said it is fully paid and that’s not what I want to hear. Then after some time, she is, OK I have one for you. There is something wrong that I can’t explain, at least she needs more positive energy when welcoming guests.
