"The office staff were friendly and accommodating. The original room assigned was at the back of the Inn. I’m disabled so walking that far even to the front of the Inn wasn’t easy. After telling the person when checking in I was not happy with the room location, he quickly found us a room in the front of the hotel, which was perfect. The room was clean, the beds were a little hard, but the room itself was comfortable. I definitely will stay there on my next visit to Bishop and highly recommend it"

"The unique (to us) accommodation was a small, clean and private bedroom with a bed, 2 sidelights, and a bathroom with a tub. The a/c looked new and was easy to operate. Apparently, the unit we stayed was recently renovated due to a fire so was missing some hooks on the wall. There was no dresser but the bed was high- we used the bottom to store our luggage. On another location in the property, there was a shared kitchen, dining and lounging area for all guests who want to cook, eat, read or play board games. Hot water, tea bags and coffee were available all day in the common area. The large refrigerator was organized and shelves were designated for each room. There was no tv in the bedroom or the common area. Darby helped resolve husband's dilemma by recommending a local hangout for watching sports. Location was excellent - right next door to the famous bakkery and walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was great. A cute cafe in an airstream is in front of the property, offering homemade ice cream, gourmet coffee and other goodies. We recommend this place for large group or vacation of an extended family. There is space for privacy and group activity."

"Clean central location. I walked to Main Street @10-15 minutes walk to it. Older place but maintained. No issues to report. Would recommend based on clean safe and very reasonable priced (late fall off season)."

"Sandra, the manager, was very nice and helpful! The bathroom door won’t close/lock at all, otherwise the room was clean. Maybe add boiled eggs and banana for breakfast."
