"I spent one night at Down Hall hotel and the next morning I used the spa. I did 2 treatments and they were very well done, I loved every minute. The staff was very friendly throughout the hotel. The beautiful nature and the open space was a treat. The bed cozy and comfortable. I definitely recommend it. "

I asked if there was a night porter to help manage noisy guests the next morning to be told yes. I asked could they not walk around the buildings to manage nuisance guests.
