"Property owner non responsive and property not available for stay after we drove 5 hrs to visit son on deployment with army. After repeated calls host finally answered and did notify Travelocity of non availability so was able to get money refunded but was pretty inconvenient "

"The property has. Great location but there were no instructions for check out no clearly displayed WiFi code and I had to call to get the code to open the door. There was a garage but I wasn’t sure if were to use it. Better communication and this would be an a plus property "
