"Markus was a perfect host. He touched base with us a few times before our arrival, assuring us an easy entrance to the flat, and again during our stay. It was extraordinarily clean, decorated in neutral colors, simple but with an abundance of extras that a traveler needs; coffee, paper products, water, towels, even some toiletries/ sundries if forgotten. "Wir bekamen erst am späten Nachmittag vor dem Anreisetag die Checkin-Infos, obwohl wir in der Woche vor der Anreise den Vermieter drei Mal schriftlich kontaktiert haben und um kurzfristige Klärung/Rüchinfo baten.Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass der Zylinder der Hauseingabgstür defekt war. Der Schnapper war auf "auf" gestellt. Somlt, falls jemand den Türschnapper auf "zu" stellt, wir nicht mehr ins Haus gekommen wären.Des Weiteren wurde groß mit NETFLIX geworben, was nicht funktionierte....

"Great value for the money and free secure parking!! I’ve stayed in much more expensive and not as good. Andrè was very helpful at the desk as it was open when I arrived. The WhatsApp message which the hotel sends gives you access to your room key which is stored on your mobile. Room was clean and functional. No air con but this wasn’t a problem in September."
