"Markus was a perfect host. He touched base with us a few times before our arrival, assuring us an easy entrance to the flat, and again during our stay. It was extraordinarily clean, decorated in neutral colors, simple but with an abundance of extras that a traveler needs; coffee, paper products, water, towels, even some toiletries/ sundries if forgotten. The kitchen looked on to a small garden and the deck was large enough for two to eat a meal. Large seating in living room and room for 4 to sit...

"Wir bekamen erst am späten Nachmittag vor dem Anreisetag die Checkin-Infos, obwohl wir in der Woche vor der Anreise den Vermieter drei Mal schriftlich kontaktiert haben und um kurzfristige Klärung/Rüchinfo baten.Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass der Zylinder der Hauseingabgstür defekt war. Der Schnapper war auf "auf" gestellt. Somlt, falls jemand den Türschnapper auf "zu" stellt, wir nicht mehr ins Haus gekommen wären.Des Weiteren wurde groß mit NETFLIX geworben, was nicht funktionierte....

"Nous avons séjourné à Essen à 4 pour 2 nuits. Le logement est de bonne taille pour 4 mais beaucoup de points négatifs : l’absence de communication avec Robert à 2h de notre arrivée aucune information pour accéder au logement nous avons dû l’appeler car aucune réponse via Expedia, tâches sur le drap housse, absence de propreté de quelques serviettes de bain et mal odorantes, accès wifi erroné sur le livret d’accueil, des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas, 1 store absent donc lumière du...
