"Seit der Eröffnung 2005 buche ich dieses Hotel immer mal wieder, um Veranstaltungen in der Veltins Arena zu besuchen. Mittlerweile gab es ja schon einige Eigentümerwechsel. Und jetzt ist es unter der Führung von "Welcome Hotels". Die Nähe zur Arena macht es für mich perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man da. Ja, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stört mich nicht). "This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!"
