"Excellent"

"Checked in, no linens in room, walls doors and floors were all filthy. The coffee pot was not plugged in and was unable to locate outlet, staff did fix that. Staff did provided one set of linens for a 4 day stay. Found the smoke detector in a drawer with no battery, advised the front desk of this and was no fixed the whole time there. Spilled some water on floor and when wiped up with a towel, the towel was black. Coffee service was not replenished after day 1. There was no maid service...

"The room looked like someone was trying to to escape from it. The bathroom door and shutters were broken. There were stains on the walls. The blowdryer cord was black with grime. The room was stinky."

"I had a room for pets- it was reasonably clean, but smelled like it had once been a smoking room. The window wouldn't open; the latch was broken and it looked like it had been bolted shut. The vanity sink handle was leaking badly - I don't think that could have been overlooked so it either wasn't reported by housekeeping or just wasn't repaired. Front desk staff was great!"
