"I was provided incorrect information regarding incidental charge which when called the hotel was told $50 but upon checking in was told it is $200 due to my using a debit card $50 is credit card. The manager was very nice and apologetic offering to provide a nice room. The nice room was smelly, pillow was dirty found hair and makeup and appeared that housekeeping was not done. I informed the front desk who asked that I leave that room and go to another room which was clean. This was very frustrating after having a challenging work day and the irony of it all is that after being assured that I would have a great room I am inconvenienced with a dirty room. The breakfast voucher and next morning staff were excellent."

Since I was traveling solo I opted for the Business room, which comes with free wifi, plenty of outlets, a refrigerator and coffeemaker, and the most comfortable bed ever! The hotel is connected to the restaurant Zino, with food to die for."
