Before our trip she answered all our questions. She provided local advice and gave us lifts to pick up our skis each day & to the thermal spa too. Location was perfect - only a short walk from lovely old town and the busy area with bars/restaurants. "

"I stayed in September which is out of the ski season so didn’t get the experience of it being a spa hotel as I was the only guest and had to ask to use the jacuzzi and other facilities. Staff were very helpful and accommodating though. In season when the hotel is full it’s probably a very different experience. Hotel room is a little dated but clean, breakfast was very good. It Is a good location being midway between the old town and the top of town where the gondola is."

"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."
