Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. The room and the other places of the hotel very clean. Beautiful and quiet hotel to spend for couple of days there. The spa is large and comfortable, as is the outdoor pool.
