"Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. I booked through Expedia and check out said 11 am and I wasn’t told any check out time by the owner. On the morning of check out a cleaner knocked at the door and we shouted we were still inside. "My Sister and myself stayed for 2 nights at the Maldron Hotel recently and we were very thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The room was spotlessly clean, the food was excellent and we cannot praise the staff highly enough !! They were very friendly and approachable, and went out of their way to help with any queries or help we needed. Excellent Customer Service. We will definately come back and recommend to family & friends. X"
