"We had a wonderful few weeks traveling around Iceland. We stayed in many great places- but this was definitely not one of them. This extremely tiny unit had an uncomfortably small bathroom- the shower head was suspended from the ceiling and was a corner of the micro sized bathroom, a quarter sized bathroom sink was too small for even brushing teeth. This unit is suitable for one person, at best, and definitely was tight for a couple. It was also overpriced for what it was- I would not stay...

"Our stay at the Lake Palace was wonderful. The home is beautifully situated, spacious, and well equipped. The host was very accommodating and provided a crib and high chair for us to use for our little one. Soaking in the hot tub with a view of the mountains was an incredible way to unwind after a day of hiking. We highly recommend staying here!"

"I like in the countryside and unique lodge experience, being Cosy and hot-tub. The small inconvenience is the beds are rather small. My son's legs overhang the single beds. Also the steps was a bit too steep when visiting downstairs toilet middle of the night. Overall I loved it."

"Our family absolutely loved the Hekla Hilltop cabin. The hot tub, the record player, the "cave", and the location! Short drive to the Geyser and Gullfoss. The owners were great in all communications and made our trip very easy. This is especially helpfull in your first night in a new country. Highly recommneded!!!!!!!"

"Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön: geschmackvoll, komfortabel und mit herrlichem Blick auf den See, den wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen haben. Mitten im Golden Circle gelegen, kann man von hier aus viel erkunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Es war eine tolle Zeit, wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
