"The rooms were cleaned daily. Front desk staff were very professional. Tons of shops & restaurants nearby. We travel a lot, and this was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at recently. Rooms were spacious & the AC temp was set perfectly. Plenty of natural light in the room but you can just draw the curtains to keep the light out especially during the summer months. They also have a snack bar/market which is open 24/7 if you get hungry for snacks. Overall very satisfied with our stay."

"We stayed one night on the ss Rotterdam with 2 kids (16 and 12). Both liked the experience and the water taxi to the MarketHall. Nice change from a standard hotel. The pool unfortunately was closed and the dinner service at Lido (on board restaurant), was fully booked so we ended up at the bar and ate snacks which worked well. There was enough selection that even the pickiest eaters found something. Did not get a chance for the tour but would like to do it in the future. Would recommend...

"Even there is construction going on beside the hotel, we don't see any effects to the hotel. Hotel is clean, well maintained, staffs are helpful and the best is the bus transportation from the Schiphol to the hotel and vice-versa every 30 minutes. The other one is Mcdonald restaurant close by. We always stay in this hotel when we visit Amsterdam and definitely we will continue to do so."
