"We found the location very convenient and the woman who greeted us, was quick to arrive and also very nice and clear with the instructions. It was unfortunately very noisy during the night because the train tracks are right in front of the building and since we don’t like air conditioning, see slept with the window open, but we didn’t get much sleep at all. There was also this underlying smell of nail polish remover that was bothering me. The place itself was great though and very clean....

"We took the ferry from Civitavecchia and this property was perfect for us. We were train and ferry hopping, and Kiara, the property owner, was so welcoming. We had access to Rome, beaches, castles all by train and ended our stay by ferry to Spain. Thank you, Kiara!!"

"The location and view were very nice. Walking to town or to the lake was very easy. There are many restaurants nearby and all were reasonably priced. Also, we liked the outdoor balcony. The owner checked on the property both days. He was very friendly. The shower was too small. No curtains in the window to shield all of the lights outside. There was only a sheer curtain which does not serve that purpose. Overall, it is a fair price for the property."

"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! "Booked this property as reviews I read were a 10/10 feedback. Called the owner when I arrived in the area and she let me know she was home, room is upstairs of a house but the toilet and shower were downstairs. So no en suite room. Advertised breakfast which was disappointing on first day, and as I was able to get breakfast at an event I attended so no need for breakfast just a coffee on day 2. Bed was quite firm and had restless nights sleep. "

"We found Sans Souci BB as a last second booking after a failed reservation in Civitavecchia. I was upset that my GPS was taking me 7km outside the city centre but was so pleasantly surprised and relieved when I arrived. The property is an impressive farmhouse style villa on a substantial plot of land complete with all of their own home grown vegetables and chickens producing farm-fresh eggs daily.
