"Staff was very respectful, the hotel reminds me of a vintage apartment. Clean, area very convenient and close to fine dining restaurants, shopping centers and transportation. Nearby to times square as well. Plus 3 restaurants are within hotel premises highly recommend."

"The property was close to subways to take you anywhere in the city that was fast and affordable. The hotel is close to Central Park and time square. The hotel offers a discount from local places which was very nice. Heaven on 7th had great slices and offered discounts. The front desk staff was not as polite as cheaper places, but the rest of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, but our room had a terrible air conditioner and it was very hot during winter our entire stay. Request a refrigerator if you want to store food or keep cold drinks. They only provide to those who request one. "

"Hotel is wonderful, clean spacious rooms and nice staff. Would definitely stay there again . Very close to time square so convenient. Only complaint would be the wait to check in , the line was almost a hour long at 4pm. And the security guy was very rude to all of us and more than once during our stay . "
