"Hotel was well located being a 10 min walk along the lakefront to Picton town centre. Lobby area was impressive and hotel amenities very good. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed, modern and clean, as was the bathroom. Balcony/terrace overlooking the lake was a bonus. Parking was good with your own designated space. Excellent. We would stay again."

"Check in was a little confusing. The registration office is all the way at the back of the property. Security isn’t great as we stayed in the inn at the front of the resort, very closest to the road. Our door was sticky and took effort to ensure it was fully closed, came back to our door ajar, it was either us or the housekeepers. Nothing was in the minibar, could have used some water when we arrived late at night but was available for purchase at the minimart at the registration office. Lovely property and amazing staff, breakfast was good and our dinner at the knoll was amazing."
