"Property condition is suboptimal. Cleanliness is also suboptimal - dirty floor (our feet get black without having shoes on). shower is not cleaned thoroughly - dirt coming from everywhere once you try to move the shower head. Bedroom is cold without the heater."

They clearly use to be a smoking facility. Its tough to get that smell out..rooms still reeked. Walls were yellow. No coffee machine or kettle. No hair dryer in bathroom. Ample parking right outside of room."
