"The front desk attendant on Saturday night/ Sunday morning on 12 September 2026 was extremely rude to my wife. We had just come back from our daughters wedding at Waupoos Winery, went up to our room had a shower and came back downstairs to to lobby around 2.30 am Saturday night Sunday morning to have some pizza that was delivered to us. We were told by the front desk gentleman that we are not allowed there because we will disturb the guest. We are a guest of the hotel, we stayed there from 11 September to 14 September 2026 and was not loud, we were just eating pizza. I think this gentleman was being very rude because of our ethnicity and should be spoken to, we felt very uncomfortable after that and went up back quietly to our room. We have never felt so unwanted like that before because of this one individual. The other staff there was so very nice and extremely pleasant and helpful."

"L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. La plage privé est vraiment pratique avec les enfants. La piscine était super bien, mais les jeux pour enfant et le terrain de tennis sont laissés à l’abandon. Notre chambre était dans l’annexe et il y avait beaucoup d’araignées et la chambre de bain laissait à désirée au niveau de la propreté."
