Looking for a relaxing and cozy weekend getaway? Our camper is perfect for you! It’s designed to provide everything you need, including comfy beds, a big dining area, a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and free snacks, water, and essentials.

We’re located near downtown and minutes from IU Stadium, offering plenty of options for enjoying our town. You can stay put, park for free, rent equipment, tents, or festival gear. We can even provide a ride to your location, including shortcuts.

Tailgating fans will love our rental services. We can deliver, set up, take down, dump, fill propane, and fresh water tanks. Remember, RV parking, stadium parking, tailgating tickets, campground fees and reservations are your responsibility. You can either have us deliver the RV and equipment or pick it up from our place. Prices may vary depending on location and needs.

Additionally, if you misrepresent the number of guests staying, we won’t be able to accommodate you, and your booking will be canceled.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put wet and used towels in the shower, not on the floor or against walls. This damages vinyl and wood. Our team will handle excessive cleaning. Soak up spills.
Extinguish fires and turn off the gas stove before storing grills, fire pits, or closing lids. Report any damage to the hosts immediately.
Scan the room thoroughly, checking under the beds and benches for personal items. No cleaning or dishwashing is required.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests are welcome to gather in the backyard for grilling and games. Please respect our property/neighbors. Limited space; no overnight guests.
Guests are responsible for additional parking. Avoid partying and loud music. Clean up after your guests; you’ll be held liable for damage.
