This was a great place to stay! Great location for getting to all things we wanted and the free parking space is awesome, since most of Bloomington is metered parking.
It was a nicely appointed apartment but we wished the windows were more sound-proof as it gets pretty loud outside at night. Host was responsive when we had questions. Shower was great - very strong water pressure. Good value and great location because it’s only 2 1/2 blocks from town square.
This property was a lovely place for my family to stay during a short trip to Bloomington! Walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants, and other businesses.
The apartment was super clean. It was a fabulous location in proximity to campus. I stayed here with my son during orientation and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and the security that was provided. The hosts against the were extremely communicative and responsive. Highly recommend anyone interested.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Two nice bathrooms and one with a large comfortable shower and the best shower head I have ever used. Convenient and designated parking for each specific unit. Lot of support from the property manager. Several very good restaurants w/i walking distance including some with unique ethnic menus and wish we had more time to explore. Would seek this lodging again upon a future visit to Bloomington. Thank you, Mary, for all your support.
My sisters and I get together every year; we’re from different parts of the United States. THIS loft is beautiful and the manager was very accommodating. We had all sorts of fun!!
We had a wonderful stay at this property during our visit to Bloomington. It was nice to have two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub. The beds are comfortable, and this is overall a delightful place to stay. Less than a 10 minute walk to the square and many of the great dining options on Kirkwood.
What a phenomenal experience! We loved this second floor loft with a view. Also, the high ceilings and modern amenities were a nice contrast to this retro-cool historic building. We will definitely reserve this location again for our next visit to Bloomington.
Nice place; convenient to Kirkwood location and comes with parking. 2nd bedroom is curtained space off of living room but worked out fine. Living room could use a large throw-rug to help deaden sound. Also, blinds and drapes do not block enough light/sound.

Disliked: Location
There were a few minor issues and couple bigger issues. Minor: limited towels/wash cloths, tissues were empty, one bedroom is not really a bedroom, but a bed in the living room with a curtain. Major issue: Homeless person slept outside the front door each night. People were yelling both nights right outside our room. The windows are so thin, that we were woken both nights.
Place was very clean and it has everything you can need for a comfortable stay. I rarely sleep well whenever I travel, but I slept very well here. Very comfortable! The only thing to be aware of is the second bedroom is separated by a curtain, not a door/wall. While it was not a big deal in my situation, it may be for others. The hosts were amazing and very helpful when it came for a late check out. Incredibly accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
The location was ideal for us. For the owner to consider: Single pane old windows not sufficiently insulated against street noise and cold weather. Condensation froze on the inside of windows! Washer was unbalanced and created an awful noise, and top loader door would not stay shut, making it unusable. Front door to unit frequently refused to lock from outside, succeeding only with multiple tries and by jiggling the tension applied when closing the door. That is a security risk, especially in this neighborhood. The kitchen sink is severely scratched, which looks bad and is unhygienic.
