"Our stay was good - The room was spacious but the hallways, elevator and room itself did feel a little dated but this down to personal taste. The staff member on check-in was polite and helpful but we didn’t interact with any other staff member until check-out having only stayed one night. Parking was plenty but this property is not within a walkable distance of much in terms of things to do; not an issue for us but worth considering if you wish to stay and do things locally. "Booked large room for 6 people. What I did was call at noonish to tell front desk I was confirming reservation and that I would be checking in after 8 pm. Desk confirmed I can come as late as I needed to At arrival front desk told me all larger rooms given out and was unable to meet my reservation, Tried to give me a one bed and one couch room. I told him to check again that I had called and promised my room. That I could not accept a one bed and couch room. My 3 children are huge....

"Stayed here for my son Aau basketball tourney in the area. Was a little skeptical after other reviews, however I’m glad I made the decision to stay here. Exceeded my expectations for the situation. If I’m ever in the area for a tournament, business quick 1 or 2 night stay etc will for sure stay here over the the other glamorous name hotels. 5 stars!!!!!"
