"Completely closed due to the hurricane. There was nobody even there.I need to get a refund, please.Thank you, went all the way there.Nobody was even in the building"

"Great experience"

"Great place to stay."

"They did a great job of providing a hot breakfast with no power due to the hurricane. I found it disappointing there was not a hair dryer in the room and the rooms have zero sound insulation. You can hear everything. Also, smokers need to be removed from entrance& exits cause the smell permeates the whole first floor and difficult to get outside with a pet when you have to push thru all the smokers."

"Property was nice, room was spacious and clean. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast items for guests."

"Loved all the amenities and the access to the beach and great restaurants"

"Lobby staff were less than friendly. The room was clean yet dated. Breakfast was great."

"Isaias hurricane was about. To hit so we reached out not to get a refund but to move the stay to the following week and they would not assist"

"Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again."

"Nice"
