"Great location. Clunky check-in as all virtual. Hot tub, which is the reason booked was broken, saunas did not heat up, could not adjust the heat in the room, so even though we tried to turn it off it was 80’ overnight. Machine for tea also didn’t work. Clean rooms but the hot tub and heat issues made us disappointed "

"Staff were all friendly. Room was clean. Food at the resort restaurant was great. We have been stay at this hotel many times in the past but were delighted seeing there are on site EV charging stations now. It is a nice add-on. However, one may be lucky or unlucky to get a charging space when stay in the hotel, depends on if people are courtesy enough to move their car away quickly when their finished charging. We didn't have the luck this time at our stay. "

"The location of the condo was very convenient for our skiing and easy skiing to the Sundance lift and easy return from skiing. The host was very helpful and responsive with instructions and check in and check out information. The unit was exactly what we needed and very comfortable. It was also great that the weather was great for skiing with fresh snow and great conditions. Definitely will look for renting this unit again if available for our future plans. "

"The condo was very basic in terms of furnishings/ amenities, which was fine for our purposes. One concern was that the description on VRBO was misleading. It read NEW! Ski in / ski out. This condo was quite old and probably 30 years or more from being new. It was not even newly renovated. To get to the closest ski slope, carrying skis, poles, and boot bag took close to 10 minutes just to get to moving walkway and you walk back down the hill with all equipment after finishing skiing as the moving carpet is one way only. Upon arrival the unit had not been serviced by housekeeping. This was due to a scheduling mistake by the housekeeper. The host responded immediately and had the housekeeper there in 15 minutes. Lastly, the hot water was unacceptable. Within 2-3 minutes of starting a shower, there was little to no hot water remaining. This was consistent as we tested it a few times. Messaged the host to let them know they had a hot water tank issue. We only stayed a few days so the repair was to be after our departure. "
