"This property was lovely - extremely well appointed and cared for. However, the change in policy by the hotel and the owner's group is ridiculous. We were grandfathered in regarding use of the pool since we made our reservations early but beware - if you did n to make reservations by April you will not be able to do much including having a pool for your use. We were not able to make appointments at the spa, reservations at any of the restaurants on the property and Buffalos was closed for...
