"Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower, superb service where nothing was too much trouble. good menu choice for evening meals - the lasagna was absolutely excellent with a great side salad and the best chips I've had for ages. The draught beer was great and not over priced .... all in all, to be recommended!"

"Enjoyed very much my stay at the Orchard Cottage B&B. Mick is an excellent host. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable and the decor is tasteful and in good repair. The breakfast was without doubt the high point. The order form was offered the night before and allows one to specify the delivery time. It was a proper English breakfast, exactly on time, well presented, perfectly prepared and delicious. I will happily book at Orchard Cottage again if the opportunity arises and I recommend...

"Peacocks Fine B&B is a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. The attention to detail, the caring staff, and the beautiful surroundings were truly exceptional, allowing us to savour every moment of our stay. The breakfasts were absolutely divine — beautifully prepared and a real highlight each morning. We’ve already promised ourselves to return to this wonderful place, even when we have no errands in Ely, as we did on this trip.
Our heartfelt thanks to Rachel, George, Dennis, and all...

"Denise was warm and welcoming, the accommodation was lovely and had everything required. Not far from March itself. The breakfast (eggs Benedict) was amazing, would certainly stay again"

"Suited us as going out to friends. Quiet village. Pub dinner menu looked lovely. Very friendly. Rooms are in a courtyard. Our twin was snug but hada desk area and hanging space. The space was well thought out. Breakfast excellent. Full English. Food is local and we saw the pigs and sheep they keep on farm area. Not a hotel. It is a pub / inn with separate courtyard rooms. Staff very obliging and friendly. "

"Clean and tidy.
It was as shown on description: upstairs with 2 twin beds and a full size bed. The bathroom was shared and clean. The location was amazing -- thumbs up --and it made it easier to go and get around Cambridge. Being in City Center becomes noisy in the evening. This was a short and brief stay on our way to mainland Europe to catch an early flight out of London.
I would stay again. Thanks for lettings us unload our luggage prior to check-in time."

"The stay was nice, staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was really nice and a lot of choice. Location is good for the train, war museum also a 10 minute drive into cambridge or just hop onto the train which is easier."
"The room was perfect, the kitchen area was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare and cook, the bed was super comfy and the staff really friendly. My only issue was the position of the bed, you could only access it from one side due to the closeness to the wall, this was an issue in the middle of the night when I had to get out, climbing over my sleeping husband was not ideal and getting out the bottom of the bed was also not ideal. I managed but many people would not. The room was big enough that this should not have been an issue. Other than that it was a great place to stay, ideally situated to walk round all the colleges and very close to the river Cam to experience punting. "
"The stay was a nice one. The hotel is just nearby the train station, and there was even a screen displaying the train timetable. Frontdesk staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay pretty smooth."
"I just love to stay at Gonville every time I’m in Cambridge! The room is nice and bed is very comfortable and the dining is delicious. But I have to say that the Staff makes the difference! "
"As usual, excellent stay. Attentive staff, clean room, amenities etc.
Kudos to concierge for getting me an EV charging spot in the car park
Ant the superb restaurant manager who very calmly solved the problem with the restaurant booking for our group on the saturday eveing "
