"Upon check in we were unable to be given the keys to our room due to computer issues. We were given a room that was not clean the bathroom was disgusting with animal hair stuck on the wall. Once bathroom was somewhat resolved we were getting into bed pulled top blankets down on both beds and they were full of crumbs and animal hair all over the bed. Gross!!! The excuse given was the room was suppose to be blocked off for maintenance…."
