"Apparently this was an Extended Stay America location before being acquired by Choice a month or so ago. Looks like very little was done to upgrade the property however. The walls were dirty, toilet fill ran on/off all night, damaged formica in the kitchen and bath. Not sure if there was anything in the kitchen drawer as it would not open. AC worked and the bed was okay. Vent-a-Hood hasn't been cleaned in years. Light and fan didn't work. The entry door was so quirky that the staff had to explain exactly how to open it or you'd never get in. Looks okay outside but the inside is BEAT UP."

"Very clean. Friendly staff. Great proximity to campus. The price gouging during special college events is insane. $1100 for four nights. "

"My first day at the Moxy I went down to tell the front desk that my toilet knob was broke and I couldn't flush with it. They said they would fix it right away. They never came to fix it and so I sent down again on Saturday. They promised they would fix it ASAP. They still never came to my room so for Friday-Sunday, I had to stick my hand in the toilet tank to flush. Not ideal at all."

"They do not change sheets on weekend in our room but they did deliver fresh towels. The breakfast was typical and the staff was friendly"

"Clean room and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Price was a lot higher than we wanted, but it was graduation weekend. The continental breakfast is very minimal for the price we paid. But the hotel was rather quiet and we slept well which was the most important thing to us!"

"Clean room, helpful staff and easy parking. There was construction lending to new carpet smell up and down the hallway that was a bit overwhelming. Otherwise good. "
