"Everything about the property was great. The house is in a nice neighborhood with great sidewalks. This home is really close to restaurants, Wal Mart, and about 20 minutes from the university. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to spend the week with family. The backyard was large and the garage was great for an extra hang out place. The front porch had a great sitting area that was shaded and perfect for sitting and relaxing!"

"Overall good property. Had waters in the fridge which was helpful after a long day of travel. Host was responsive within hours. Appliances were all in great working order and everything was pretty clean. Master bed had a noise that was extremely annoying and was loudly squeaking with every turn over. Beds in second room were too firm for our liking. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and located in the countryside, which makes for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the linens and towels were fresh and plentiful. Great communication with Tami. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!"

"The guest home stay was perfect! It had all the things needed for a 3 night weekend stay! We brought an air mattress for our 5th family member to sleep on. Our family enjoyed the ammenities outside: the pool was awesome, the patio, firepit, and TV set up made for a perfect setup for an all day stay while we recovered from our long road trip. Inside they had all the thoughtful items needed to be comfortable. The air conditioning was great, water temp for shower was perfect. We did notice the mosquitos and spiders outside. I think all of my family are leaving with at least one bite from us being outside yesterday. My favorite item inside was a fully functioning nintendo 64 with several games all items needed to play games for hours with my kids. We had a great stay!! "

"Cozy & comfortable with all cooking amenities, plenty of toilet paper as well as paper towels. Lovely sheets and blankets on beds. Living Room and back porch were definitely places to unwind. I plan to stay here again!! Excellent and quick replies to my changing needs. Thanks again!!"
